You have 14 days to let us know you wish to return an item, from the date that you have received your order and a further 14 days to return the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it arrived. Please ensure that the return packaging is adequate for its return journey. We will deduct a 20% administration fee from your credit.
If possible we ask that you take detailed photographs of the item(s) before they leave you, so that you’re covered if the goods sustain damage in transit.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit less 20% via PayPal/Bacs (The original payment method) within 14 days of receiving your return.
If the returned item is damaged, we will liaise with you within 2 days of receiving the item back and with your authorisation, we will do our very best to salvage what we can and issue a partial credit, depending on the degree of damage.
Delivery or collection:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for any cut bespoke sizes, or anything specially made for you.
